What you can expect from us…
We’ll be there on time.
We’ll clean your glass, frames and sills.
We’ll do it with a smile (the polite and friendly kind. Not the manic, unnerving kind).
We’ll be respectful of your home/garden. No scratched windows or decapitated roses.
We accept bank transfers, Bitcoin (21% off), cash and card.
Your windows will be cleaned completely. If you’re unhappy with the job we’ll come back and make things right free of charge.
If we need to meet you at the job we’ll call to organise a day/time and be there at the arranged time. We’ll also text when we’re 30-60 minutes away.
We’ll respond to all enquiries within 24hrs Mon-Fri. We’ll be polite, friendly and helpful throughout.
Can we reach your windows and how will they be cleaned?
The traditional method with a squeegee and soapy water (mostly insides).
We can clean the ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor windows. Any window pictured above we could reach.
Reach & wash - water fed pole with filtered water. Stays clean longer and works in the rain (trust us). We’ll clean your frames and sills too, all included in the price.
How often should you get your windows cleaned?
Most of our customers (400+) get their windows cleaned every 4 weeks. Other customers go for every 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks.
It really is up to you and feel free to change how often you get them done anytime.
Don’t worry, if you don’t want them done as regularly or need a one-off clean we can do that for you too.
